Pamela, the spouse of a Sailor assigned to the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Nimitz and friend Sarah, open a "Shower in a Box" presented by Operation Shower at the downtown USO in San Diego. Pamela was one of 30 Nimitz moms honored by Operation Shower during the event. Operation Shower is a non-profit organization that honors military moms and moms-to-be whose spouses are deployed supporting the global war on terrorism.
