TEAM POPE HIGHLIGHT: This #TeamPopeHighlight features Tech Sgt. Helice Hall, Base Operational Medical Clinic noncommissioned officer in charge for the 43rd Medical Squadron (43 MDS). Hall delivers care to almost 2,000 Airman across Pope Army Airfield. While providing care, she works diligently to maintain the number one individual medical readiness rate in Air Mobility Command while being at a 73 percent manning deficit. The 43 MDS is a geographically separated unit and to help Airman from across the squadron to interact and grow, she started a professional development program for Airman to meet new mentors in their squadron.
