Brig. Gen. Vincent Coglianese and Sgt. Maj. Derrick Christovale Sr. present Mary Stetson the Special Recognition and a Letter of Appreciation here Feb. 20. Stetson is the fiscal director for Marine Corps Installations West-Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Coglianese is the base commanding general and regional authority for five military installations in the Southwestern United States and Christovale is his senior enlisted adviser.
