A military convoy is passing through what appears to be a checkpoint in an arid, mountainous region. A tan-colored tactical military truck marked 'AJ69' is heavily loaded with supplies secured on its roof. Armed soldiers in full combat gear are positioned around the vehicles, with an Afghan flag visible in the background suggesting this is likely Afghanistan.
