Rear Adm. Sinclair Harris, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet, sits on the bridge of the Military Sealift Command joint high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV-1). Harris was given the tour by Capt. Douglas D. Casavant Jr., U.S. Merchant Marine, master of Spearhead. Spearhead is a versatile, non-combatant, transport ship that will be used for fast intra-theater transportation of troops, military vehicles and equipment.
