Army Gen. Charles H. Jacoby Jr., NORAD and USNORTHCOM commander, and Gen. Harald Sunde, Norwegian chief of defense staff, talk as they begin a tour of NORAD and USNORTHCOM headquarters Feb. 13. Sunde, the Norwegian equivalent of the U.S. chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is visiting to conduct talks to NORAD and USNORTHCOM leadership.
