The Fleet Readiness Center Southwest leadership, along with her teammates, recognizes Mrs. Paula Coleman with the Golden Wrench Award for July 2024. Her initiative, diligence, drive, and dedication were demonstrated by outstanding support for the Central Technical Publications Library program. Mrs. Coleman has played a crucial role in the success of our organization and the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Engineering (MRO-E) team. Mrs. Coleman has demonstrated sustained high-quality performance as the Joint Engineering Data Management Information Control System (JEDMICS) lead. While on leave, she assisted her fellow MRO-E co-workers locate drawings in JEDMICS for the F/A-18 Structures engineering team to upload a drawing change order (DCO) drawing. Her efforts avoided work stoppage for engineering. Mrs. Coleman’s liaison between Boeing and MRO-E material lab in procuring thirty-six confidential drawings for the material lab, paint shop, and Library. Mrs. Coleman’s dedication to aviation maintenance excellence and to our nation’s warfighters makes her most deserving of the Golden Wrench Award.
