Ms. Natalia Palma

With sincere appreciation, Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) would like to recognize Ms. Natalia Palma for her outstanding contributions to the success of the Qlik Red Light Green Light (RLGL) Report for the Aircraft and Engine Programs. Ms. Palma was instrumental in the development of this Qlik visualization dashboard. By providing her knowledge, skills, and abilities of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Production Status Reporting (PSR), she led the analytical group in capturing pertinent data from both systems to create a financial performance report that benefits a myriad of personnel in the A/C and Engine Programs. She spearheaded meetings with Comptroller and Centralized Coordination Office (CCO) leadership providing progress updates and regularly moving the needle forward. RLGL reports were previously prepared by each program business financial managers (BFMs) by manually extracting data from Navy ERP and PSR to populate Excel worksheets. Today the Qlik RLGL report has standardized financial performance reporting and provides routine updated financial data. Tangible results included the reduction in hours BFMs spend on repetitive, tedious work by eliminating the requirement for each program BFM to manually create and update RLGL reports. In addition, Ms. Palma’s contribution greatly improves the efficiency and quality in A/C and Engine financial reporting.
