Meet Sarah Amthor, a project manager for basing and beddowns and National Environmental Policy Act, or NEPA, liaison at Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center Detachment 8. Det. 8 is located at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, and provides AFIMSC support to Air Combat Command.
