The Purple Heart Medal is awarded to Sgt. 1st Class Cody Ensley, a U.S. Army Recruiting Command liaison for the 43rd Adjutant General Battalion (Reception), during a ceremony July 1 in Lincoln Hall Auditorium. Visiting Fort Leonard Wood from Fort Knox, Kentucky, to present the medal were Maj. Gen. Johnny Davis, USAREC and Fort Knox commanding general (left), and Command Sgt. Maj. Shade Munday (right).
