During a ceremony at Wright-Patterson AFB on June 13, 2024, AFLCMC Commander Lt. Gen. Donna Shipton presided over the change of leadership for the Presidential and Executive Airpower Directorate.
In the photo, Shipton passes the guidon to Col. William Leigh Ottati. He will serve as PEO of the Directorate. The Directorate has a broad portfolio that includes Air Force One.
