As the Permanent Change of Station season approaches in Southwest Asia (SWA), the Voice of SWA Chapter of the Signal Corps Regimental Association (SCRA) hosted an Orange Call May 2. During this gathering, numerous departing members were honored for their exceptional contributions to the signal community. Col. Micheal J.
