U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Todd R. Wasmund, commanding general, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) and U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. Reese W. Teakell, command sergeant major of SETAF-AF, sign the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) proclamation at a ceremony held at Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy on April 5, 2024. Leaders at SETAF-AF signed this year's proclamation to re-emphasizes the organization's commitment to ending the threat of sexual violence within the ranks and giving survivors the support they need when they need it. The SHARP Program promotes cultural change across the Army, with a vision toward a culture of discipline and respect in which Soldiers intervene in sexual harassment and sexual assault to protect one another.
