Members of Keesler Medical Center from varying specialties and military service branches traveled to D’lberville High School to engage D’lberville and St. Martin High School students interested in medical professions, March 19. The visit is essential to Keesler’s participation in the Health Occupation Students of America program. During the quarterly visits, team members share their medical journeys, assignments, deployments, and the benefits of military service. During the year, Keesler medical practitioners visit all the high schools in the local area.
Team members during this visit are Col. Scott Malthaner, Lt. j.g. Nigel Kissoon, Maj. Michelle McMahon, Lt. Col. John Connors, Maj. Kimberly Bertrand, Capt. Ethan Arnold, Brad Belford, Maj. Brian Rottweiler and Staff Sgt. Zachary Jensen.
