Earlier this week, Maj. Gen. Al Dohrmann presented Col. (Retired) Brad Bekkedahl with the North Dakota Legion of Merit in recognition for his exceptionally meritorious service from September 2002 through November 2022, culminating as the State Dental Officer while assigned to the North Dakota Army National Guard Medical Readiness Detachment. Bekkedahl's contributions were responsible for North Dakota's continued success in achieving the highest medical and dental readiness in the nation.
