1st Sgt. Lisa A. Crutcher, team leader with the Iraqi women's engagement, stands in the doorway of the Kabani school, controlling the throng of children awaiting medical attention during the cooperative medical engagement, March 18. Crutcher, from York, Penn., headed the IWE who was in charge of searching the villagers who attended the CME. Crutcher was posted at the door of the school to help regulate the number of citizens receiving help, while other female Marines searched the female Iraqis, regulating foot traffic. The 36-year-old is serving as the Communication Company first sergeant for the 1st Marine Logistics Group, stationed at Camp Taqaddum.
