The U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence honored its Instructors of the Quarter for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 in a ceremony at Fort Novosel, Ala., Jan. 17, 2024. Honorees included Chief Warrant Officer 3 Caleb J. Frazier, 110th Aviation Brigade, the Officer Flight Instructor of the Quarter; Staff Sgt. Vincent J. Loranty, 110th Aviation Brigade, the Noncommissioned Officer Flight Instructor of the Quarter; and Harley R. Mast, 110th Aviation Brigade, the Civilian Instructor Pilot of the Quarter. Two honorees participated in the ceremony virtually: Chief Warrant Officer 3 David P. Wyman, 128th Aviation Brigade, Fort Eustis, Va., the Warrant Officer Academic Instructor of the Quarter; and Staff Sgt. Tyler J. Quinton, 1st Aviation Brigade, Fort Huachuca, Ariz., the Noncommissioned Officer Academic Instructor of the Quarter.
