Rodrigo Mumar, a cadre member at Sunburst Youth Academy, sweeps up hair cut from the candidates of Class 32’s Alpha Group on intake day, July 16, 2023, at Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, California. Throughout their time at the academy, the candidates will receive regular haircuts and adhere to the academy’s grooming standards.
