Major Gen. W. Scott Lynn, the commanding general of the Army Reserve Medical Command, hosted a Senior Leader Forum Dec. 1, 2023, through Dec. 3, 2023, at the command's Pinellas Park, Fla., headquarters. Lynn told the participants from across AR-MEDCOM, and including the command teams from the Army Reserve's other two-star medical commands, the 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support) and 3rd Medical Command (Deployment Support), that AR-MEDCOM units are transforming to meet Big Army's demand signal as it pivots from counterinsurgency to Large Scale Combat Operations and Large Scale Mobilization Operations.
