Thomas Speckel, a communications chief with Marine Rotational Force-Southeast Asia, I Marine Expeditionary Force, gives a sexual assault prevention and response class aboard the USNS Millinocket (T-EPF 3) on a voyage from Subic Bay, Luzon, Philippines to Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines Nov. 20, 2023. The Joint High-Speed Vessel USNS Millinocket was assigned to Destroyer Squadron 7 in U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility, providing logistical solutions to the region's littorals and provided transportation to MRF-SEA Marines from Subic Bay to Palawan.
