A British Royal Navy Merlin Mk2 helicopter, assigned to the 820 Naval Air Squadron, lands on HMS Prince of Wales, a Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carrier, near the coast of North Carolina, Sept. 28, 2023. 820 Naval Air Squadron worked with U.S. Marine Corps Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 365 to complete carrier qualifications aboard HMS Prince of Wales to maintain crew readiness and to showcase cooperation with allies and partners.
