SEMBACH, Germany -- Brig. Gen. Clinton Murray signs the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) Suicide Prevention Month Proclamation on Aug 31. Gen. Murray, along with other senior military leaders from across the KMC, signed the proclamation in an effort to raise awareness and increase mental health advocacy. Pictured with Gen.
