Master Gunnery Sgt. Byron M. Bissessar assumed the newest and most senior position in communications, Feb. 20, as the C-4 communications chief of the Marine Corps. "This is the first communications chief of the Marine Corps, so if it's going to be the first I need to make sure a standard is set," Bissessar said. "Anyone who steps up to the bar needs to be just as good and or better than I am, that's what I am looking for."
