After the effects of Hurricane Sandy, Spc. Rosie Navarro, a transportation coordinator with the 382nd Transportation Theater Opening Element, Special Troops Battalion, 7th Sustainment Brigade, coordinated almost 300 pounds of food and clothing before the Thanksgiving holiday to donate to the Food Bank of Virginia, which promised to deliver the goods to families in the New York-New Jersey area.
