HONOLULU (July 10, 2023) Members of the 3rd Radio Battalion Rifle Detail, with the U.S. Marine Corps Forces of the Pacific (MARFORPAC), conduct a three-volley salute as part of a wreath laying ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl. Chairman of the Republic of Korea Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Kim Seung Kyum, presented a wreath during a visit to U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. USINDOPACOM is committed to enhancing stability in the Indo-Pacific region by promoting security cooperation, encouraging peaceful development, responding to contingencies, deterring aggression and, when necessary, fighting to win.
