Neil Fujinaga, and Senior Airman Katarina Kossen, 154th Communications Squadron communication specialists, gather at their unit July 12, 2023, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The Airmen provided critical support to the Guam National Guard’s Joint Task Force in response to Typhoon Mawar’s impact to the island. The three-person team setup and maintained essential data, voice and radio communication equipment, giving recovery personnel a reliable platform to execute their mission and provide disaster relief services to communities throughout Guam.
