When a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Ad-ministration weather buoy became loose from its mooring, the Coast Guard was called to help. Crew dispatched from Coast Guard Station Grays Harbor in Westport, Wash., intercepted the weather buoy on its wayward voyage and safely towed it inland.
