DJ Hovermale, chief visionary officer with Erudio Corp, leads a class for white team members on conducting assessments and performance evaluations during Cyber Shield held at the Performance Education Center in Little Rock, Ark., 05 June, 2023. Assessments play a vital role by providing an independent evaluation of the performance for National Guard Bureau and state leadership. Approximately 800 National Guard and Army Reserve Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Coastguardsmen, and civilian cyber professionals from around the world gather during this year’s Cyber Shield Training exercise. More than 36 states and territories will participate in the event and will mark a significant milestone as members from five State Partnership Programs join forces with the National Guard cyber teams for the first time during the event.
