Lt. Col Wesley Frasard of Marine Corps Forces Central Command, Forward and Viper Club of America member, stands with his 2005 Dodge Viper in front of the Grand Mosque in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Frasard‘s rare vehicle will be featured in a popular car magazine. He hopes that this feature will attract other Viper enthusiasts here to join a new VCA Middle East regional club.
