The 36-foot sailing vessel Faith bobs on choppy waves while anchored approximately 60 miles offshore Galveston, Texas, April 29, 2023. The crew of Coast Guard Cutter Harold Miller, a 154-foot fast response cutter homeported in Galveston, safely embarked a man and woman from the sailboat when it became beset by 6-to-8-foot seas and winds of 34 mph.
