Mrs. Roberta Lee Davis Yourtee and the Transatlantic Middle East District Commander Col. Philip M. Secrist, conduct a ceremonial watering of the memorial tree honoring her husband at the headquarters of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transatlantic Middle East District. The dedication of the tree, held 20 April, honors her husband Colonel Leon R. Yourtee, III, who was a previous commander who passed away in 1993 while in command of the District.
