An Afghan National Army soldier reads the script of the speeches given at a logistics shura at the Justice Center in Parwan, Oct. 17, 2012. The shura brought together key leaders from the U.S. and Afghan militaries, as well as Afghan Ministry of Defense dignitaries. During the shura, leaders discussed key elements of logistical sustainability of the Afghan forces and facilities.
