    III Marine Expeditionary Force

Marines and sailors carry a skid with a simulated casualty out of the jungle during a search and rescue exercise at the Jungle Warfare Training Center at Camp Gonsalves Oct. 18. The Marines and sailors transported the casualty from the jungle to a landing zone, where an Air Force HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter was waiting to fly the casualty to a higher echelon of care at U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa on Camp Lester. The Marines and sailors are assigned to JWTC, a part of Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Marine Corps Installations Pacific.
