Educators and Marine Corps recruiters from Recruiting Stations Chicago, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, and Twin Cities pose for a group photo during the 2023 Marine Corps Educators’ Workshop at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego, California, Feb. 9, 2023. The Educators’ Workshop gives high school teachers an opportunity to witness recruit training and interact with Marines stationed at three installations in California during a five-day, all-expense paid trip. While visiting Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, MCAS Miramar and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, the teachers gain knowledge that they can share with high school students interested in Marine Corps service.
