Lieutenant Gen. A.C. Roper, Deputy Commander, U.S. Northern Command, welcomed French Air and Space Force Gen. Philippe Lavigne, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, NATO, to the North American Aerospace Defense Command and USNORTHCOM headquarters on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Feb. 2, 2023.
