DTRA is proud to sponsor and lend subject matter experts to the PSU - IIRM-URA in their annual The Sea, Air and Land (SeAL) Challenge brings together middle- and high school-aged students from around the globe to compete against each other in a simulated disaster response situation. Each team must design, develop, build and test a device capable of navigating various simulated environments to overcome challenges faced by military forces in dealing with weapons of mass destruction (WMD).
