Sailors stand watch aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS San Jacinto (CG 56) while the ship makes a port call in Naples. San Jacinto is deployed to the 6th Fleet area of responsibility to help improve maritime safety and security and the U.S. Navy's maritime strategy. San Jacinto recently worked with the Senegalese Navy, training them on visit, board, search and seizure; basic firefighting and pipe patching; search and rescue; and engineering preventative maintenance.
