Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 work to complete a berm around a combat outpost near Al Taqaddum, Iraq. Members of NMCB-1 are conducting operations to improve the security of a combat outpost in support of the Iraqi army. NMCB-1 is part of nearly 1,200 Sailors and Marines supporting critical construction efforts in the Anbar province of Iraq and several other locations in the Middle East and Afghanistan.
