Let's give Tech. Sgt. James McGrath from the 81st Training Support Squadron a shout-out for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week during this week's staff meeting! As a military training leader in the military training operations office, McGrath led the Master MTL program which spotlights the top 10% of assigned MTLs through a rigorous eight component evaluation, with only six being recognized of 57 assigned. While leading the charge for MTL operations, he cultivated leadership skills among 1,200 non-prior service Airmen and Guardians. Furthermore, McGrath fulfilled the requirements for his second Associates in Applied Science in Education and Training and was awarded his Bachelor of Applied Science in Homeland Security Studies while maintaining a 3.8 grade point average.
