As a part of the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division’s transformation, a Special Agent-in-Charge is being appointed to the 15 Field Offices worldwide to increase CID’s ability to effectively investigate and deter felony level crimes across the U.S. Army. Shane Watts, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Carolinas Field Office, is one of the first to be appointed.
