David Fox was one of the first employees that started with the newly established disposal agency 50 years ago. On it's 10th anniversary, he reflected back to September 12, 1972 through a poem. During 2022, the black and white words on a stray paper were found during a review of the history files, created with this antique look to be included in the 50th anniversary historical booklet looking back at the past half century.
