Spc. Brandon O’Neal serves as a sensor manager with the 10th Missile Defense Battery at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. There are five missile defense batteries located worldwide that operate the AN/TPY-2 radars in forward-based mode conducting ballistic missile search, track and discrimination operations in support of regional and homeland defense.
