Sgt. Moser and Staff Sgt. Hernandez, both with the Marine Security Guard Detachment at U.S. Embassy Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, were promoted and awarded, respectively, at the American Memorial Cemetery of Belleau Wood in France in June. Sgt. Moser was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant and Staff Sgt.
