Coast Guard Cutter Willow completes aids to navigation mission in Puerto Rico

Keefauver, Coast Guard Cutter Willow’s first lieutenant, cuts through an old length of chain during a nighttime Aid to Navigation evolution just off Guanica, Puerto Rico Oct. 9, 2022.
