Maj. James Reeman, 332nd Expeditionary Fighter Squadron pilot, performs jumping exercises during a Cross Fit class held at the gym, Jan. 22. Cross Fit is a program consisting of high impact anaerobic fitness exercises performed repetitively that target specific muscle groups for short periods. This program is being offered through the 332nd Services Squadron along with many other exercise classes designed to help Balad Airmen and Soldiers stay fit to fight in the deployed environment. Reeman is a member of the Colorado Air National Guard and is deployed from Buckley Air Force Base, Colo.
