Both my parents served, my dad did 34 years and retired last year and my mom did 28 years. I was just following in their footsteps. My dad loves and is proud of the career path that I’ve chosen. I call back to him almost every week and talk to him about the jobs that I’m doing," Graves said. “I strive to be better than I was yesterday, which is a lot of what he instilled into me growing up, along with responsibility and integrity.
