Becky Bonaventure, the associate director of strength and conditioning at Rutgers University, attempts the leadership reaction course as part of the Coaches' Workshop held at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va. May 11, 2022. The workshop provides coaches and athletic directors, from colleges and universities, the opportunity to learn how Marines are recruited, trained, and developed into leaders.
