Payload commander Franklin Chang-Diaz prepares to make burritos for his fell STS-75 crewmates. First, he displays the ingrediants he will use, such as tortillas, beans, sour cream, and picante sause (029-32). Then he spreads the beans on a tortilla (033), adds sour cream (034) and rolls it up and fastens the buritto with a toothpick (035-6). The last step is to put the burritos into the galley food warmer (037).
