Let's give Tech. Sgt. Shaniqua Anderson from the 81st Operational Medical Readiness Squadron a shout-out for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week during this week's staff meeting! Anderson manages two sections, leads 16 personnel and oversees 11 programs. She has coordinated 1,200 medical evaluations, 200 deployment clearances and 3,000 ancillary tests enabling $3.7 million in healthcare services. Additionally, Anderson revised the periodic health assessment standard of operation, improving the completion rate by 7%, driving the periodic health assessment readiness to 99.8% which was key to Air Education and Training Command’s number one rating. Furthermore, she has implemented weekly medical standards training, coordinated three professional development seminars and forged individual medical readiness working groups where she enhanced the growth of 60 Airmen.
