U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Geraldine Ladd, 110th Force Support Squadron, personnel superintendent, and Master Sgt. Ladd was coined for her work in her new role as superintendent of personnel during the toughest time of COVID, multiple turnovers, and vacancies. Her leadership ensured that essential personnel actions kept moving forward despite all the challenges she and her team faced.
